About New Braunfels, TX - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

New Braunfels, Texas is a large city located in Comal and Guadalupe counties. According to the United States Census Bureau, there are almost 71,000 people living in New Braunfels, qualifying the city as the 51st largest in Texas. In 1845, New Braunfels was established by Prince Carle, Commissioner General of the Noblemen’s Society, a German immigration company that paved the way for many German immigrants to settle in New Braunfels and the central Texas region.

The City of New Braunfels is home to several events and attractions. In November of every year, the city hosts Wurstfest, a German-style sausage festival. Wassailfest is another event that takes place in New Braunfels. During Wassailfest, contestants gather and submit their best apple cider recipes before a panel of judges. The city is also home to several attractions including the Natural Bridge Caverns, McKenna Children’s Museum, the Sophienburg Museum and Archives, and the New Braunfels Historic Railroad and Modelers Society.

New Braunfels is located in a climate characterized by very warm temperatures during the summer and very temperatures during the winter. Throughout the months of June, July, and August, daytime temperature highs average in the mid and low-90s. When heat waves pass through New Braunfels, temperatures will climb to the 100s. Residents usually have central air conditioning units installed in their homes. Since temperatures can reach very warm levels, cooling systems can literally be lifesavers.

During the winter seasons, New Braunfels experiences temperatures that range from the low to mid-60s. Temperatures tend to remain in the 60s throughout the winter months but can dip below freezing at night. Since the city is not located in a climate that is immune to cold snaps, residents find it necessary to have heating systems installed in their homes. These systems protect residents and their homes from potential damages caused by extreme temperatures.
